Forehead mole: A congenital (since birth) mole in the forehead can be the following: 1. Regular mole, benign, can be left alone. 2. Dysplastic nevus, dark and precancerous, needs to be completely excised. 3. Nevus sebaceous, usually yellow in color and can become cancer after puberty, needs to be compeletly excised. 4. Dermoid cyst, needs to be completely excised as it can be attached all the way to brain.
