Meds/therapy: Ssris like prozac, celexa, and zoloft (sertraline) can help reduce or prevent anxiety attacks as well as benzodiazepines like Ativan and Klonopin can also be useful. Psychotherapy such as cognitive behavioral therapy can also help prevent anxiety attacks. Exercise and meditation can also be useful.
