My 10 month old baby has a uti this is his second time with uti i change his diaper constantly always clean front first.why could he have gotten uti?

Need to see a doctor: Please take your baby to the doctor. Uti's in boys are quite unusual. You will probably need to see a pediatric urologist. Also expect renal and bladder ultrasound, and probably a test called a VCUG (voiding cystourethrogram).

An uncircumcised male has three times the chance of having an UTI. However, it doesn't matter. Even a single urinary tract infection in any male, particularly in any child, male or female, under two yrs old, must be evaluated by ultrasound and VCUG.
