Pimple remains: You have removed part of the contents of a sebaceous cyst. Now go to a md to the shell and the remainder of the contents remove or it may get bigger or infected you may need antibiotics.

Sebaceous cyst: You need to see your dermatologist. When a cyst is well formed, it will not go away by squeezing it. The contents may be expressed but the epithelial sac will still be present in the skin. The cyst will reaccumulate. The sac needs to be removed by your doctor. Often the cyst needs to be excised.
