Acute post-op phase: You can't really judge things this early following a procedure. If you are concerned, talk to your surgeon.

Swelling.: There are two reasons for this to occur. The first is swelling from the surgery which takes 2 weeks to resolve. The second is skin expansion when you had the cysts, if there were rather large then there would be significant skin expansion over the period the cysts were present. This takes longer to resolve and depends on your age and size of the cyst.
