A member asked:

Can migraine headaches be triggered by a change in diet?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes: Migraine attacks may be triggered by many things--perfume, food or lack of it (skipping meals etc..), lack of sleep, stress are common culprits. Some females have menstrual migraines--meaning they get migraines during/around their periods. So, can a change of diet trigger migraine? Yes. Keep a headache log, check with your doc! good luck.
