Canker sores: May indicate herpes infection, which is a recurring chronic infection that flares during fever, stress, illness, fatigue. Depending on age there are herpes antibiotics that your doctor can prescribe, or alternative treatments that have clinical evidence are lysine Amino Acid or 'quick clear', a herbal capsule available online. It is not necessarily related to dental health.

See doctor: You don't say how old your son is, but he needs to be seen and evaluated to find out what is going on. He could have an infection, allergy, weakened immune system or something else happening. So take him to his pediatrician and find out what is going on.
