What are my chances of conceiving twins after a mirena (levonorgestrel) extraction? and there is a chance that my generation on my father side has twins.

Same as usual: The Mirena (levonorgestrel) would not have any effect on your chances of having twins. The presence of twins in the family may have a very small effect, but not much.
