Maybe. Get tested ..: Most couples get pregnant in the 1st year of trying, but it could still happen naturally. It's a good time to see a reproductive endocrinology and infertility md to get checked out: we test your ovarian reserve (egg supply), look for hormonal problems, blocked fallopian tubes, fibroids or polyps inside your uterus. Your partner needs a semen analysis as there's a sperm problem almost half the time.

Fertility evaluation: Since it has been over a year and you have not conceived, you should see a fertility specialist for an evaluation. They will look for causes that prevent pregnancy such as sperm abnormalities, ovulation or ovarian problems, and uterine and tubal issues. Treatment will depend on findings. Good luck.
