IBS: The symptoms you described are typical of ibs. See a psychiatrist and/or a therapist to address your anxiety and with the improvement of your anxiety your ibs may improve. Some of the neurotransmitters that antidepressants reach in the brain are found in your gut as well which is why antidepressants help. Tricyclic antidepressants have been known to help with ibs.
