Problematic: Sacroiliac joint fracture continuing painful over one year post-injury (childbirth) is problematic. Most back surgeons not well informed about biomechanics of the sacroiliac joint. It took me years to find a surgeon knowledgeable about world medical literature of this fascinating & exceedingly complex joint. I recommend dr. Noel goldthwaite of daly city, ca. He has fixed several of my patients.
