Not typically: Some people are predisposed to utis due to structural issues with their urinary tract. Some of these structural problems can run in families. But your standard risk for UTI does not run in families.

Unlikely.: A urinary tract infection is a spontaneous event that would not have any genetic predisposition. But they are very common, so several members of a family can get one.
