Needs to be checked: You need to make an appointment with your family doctor,Night time fever followed by cold sweat can be due to Infections.There are non infectious causes as well likeconnective tissue disorders,thyrotoxicosis,and allergy. If you have foreign travel in malaria zone,Malaria can cause night time fever And Tuberculosis as well

I have some concern: Fever and night sweats for 10 days is concerning. While such a fever could be due to a self limited viral illness, more serious infections or inflammatory conditions could be the cause. You should SEE A PHYSICIAN for evaluation.
