A few options: Avoid sitting down for long periods of time, if you do sit down make sure it's not on a hard surface (try to keep the area cushioned). If it is a traumatic injury, place ice around the area for 10-15 mins 4 times a day. Take some Ibuprofen to relax. Also, you may want to see a doctor if the pain continues, a doctor will give you other options.
