None: There is no "cure" for diabetes. If this is secondary to weight issues, then weight loss can bring it back under control, but unfortunately there is no magic spice out there that will cure this disease.

Cinnamon: Despite my colleagues' replies, i imagine you're thinking of cinnamon. It's not a complete "cure" for diabetes, but studies have shown that it can decrease Insulin resistance and with that, decrease blood glucose by 24%. People ate 1-6 grams (1g =1/2 teaspoon) of cinnamon/day for 40 days to achieve these results. http://tinyurl.com/775s5lp in some people, it can cause GI irritation, though.
