Better Control: If you suffer from type1 or type2 diabetese it needs a good control with a1c test to be below6.5.You can take following actions 1maintain on diabetic diet strictly under care of a dietician 2either with oral meds and/or Insulin keep your diabetese under control with a1c close to6.5 3keep your bp;cholestrol under control with/out meds 4regular eye and feet examination 5regular medical check 6nosmok.
