My leg has been swollen on my shin from a bruise i got in a car accident almost two years ago, what or how can i get the swelling down or go away?

See a orthopedic Dr.: Swelling that lasts two years is cause for concern. You need to see an orthopedic dr. That specializes in knee pathology. It may be fluid retention that needs to be drained but i would think that an MRI of that area is indicated at this time as well.
