Does consuming pepsi helps in weight gain?

Pepsi: Drinking pepsi can contribute to metabolic syndrome. This is weight gain around the waist which is not good. If you want to gain weight the best way to do it is to eat healthy but with higher calorie counts. Maybe try eating 6 smaller meals a day but healthy. Your calorie intake should be greater then how much you burn. You can use an app called myfitnesspal which can help monitor your calories.

Yes, but not in a: Good way. Eat healthy foods that are high in calories. Eat six meals per day. Work on strength training to build your large muscle groups. Work out with heavier weights with fewer repetitions. Sleep at least 8 to 9 hours per night. Hydrate well with water.
