Stay healthy: The equation is quite simple, you must eat more calories then you expend in any given day. The key is to try and make as many of these calories as healthy as you can. High protein, low fat would be a good rule of thumb. Consulting your personal physician prior to going on any extreme diet is highly recommended.

Food: Eat 3 well-balanced measl per day. Make sure that you have enough of all the food groups. Don't focus on weight- eat properly and your body should take care of itself. If you are actually losing weight, see your doctor.
