I have lumps behind both lids above my eyeballs; i have thyroid disease, but am on meds & use a cpap, but use a mask. it's not painful, just annoying.

Evaluation Needed: I am not sure the CPAP and lumps behind eye lids are related but you may need to go to the doctors to examine and diagnose the lumps behind the eye lids. It could be a normal anatomical feature for you or it could be ingrown hair or other pathology's.

See an eye MD: There are many possibilities here, ranging from things that are related to your thyroid problems to things completely unrelated, like allergies. Depending on what these "bumps" are, they can probably be treated.
