I've got a lump the size of a peanut under my right cheek. near the neck muscle. not painful but only notices it yesterday. can't see with the naked eye but can clearly feel it under my skin. any help or advice would be appreciated?

Lump in neck: There are many possibilities. It could be a cyst, a pimple, a lipoma, or a lymph node, or even a tumor. Most of these are things you should not worry about. But just to be sure what it is and how to proceed, I would advise you to go see your primary physician and have him exam it.
