What time interval: Unclear , what type of surgery you have , for your gynecomastia , did you have biopsy , or cosmetic removal , it is unusual to come back again , speak to your surgeon.

That is rare: If you did not gain a lot of weight then this is a very unique problem. Without hormonal stimulus males do not develop breast tissue. Weight gain may cause an increase in the chest tissue. Have you returned to your surgeon?
