I have gbs. i have finished my antibiotics but i still have chills, sweats, fever, nausea and vomiting and severe flankpelvic pain. my doctor isn't here. should i go to a hospital?

Yes: I would recommend getting reexamined as you are still very symptomatic. You may require IV antibiotics to prevent kidney damage.

Yes : Your symptoms are most consistent with urospesis or bacteremia (bacteria and/or its toxin released into the circulation) from a kidney infection (pyelenephritis). You should go to the er for more tests and IV antibiotics. Don't waste any more time.
