Broken toe: To confirm that indeed you have or not a broken toe, you must visit your local podiatrist for an evaluation. Usually x-rays will show if there is a fracture present.

Get an x-ray: Only an x-ray can determine if the toe is broken. Treatment; however, is limited to splinting to the adjacent toe. Splinting can help the pain while the fracture heals.
