A relative spectrum : Mentally challenged does not automatically mean an individual is challenged in all facets of his or her life. Your co-worker is presumed to be a functional mentally challenged individual as (s)he is able to work along side you. As long as your co-worker's driving does not pose a dangeror to self or others and is driving with a valid driver's license, there should be no problem.
