MRSA: The chances are your infection will be well controlled because almost all MRSA responds to vancomycin. Make sure your kidney function and vancomycin level is monitored. From 6 weeks of treatment I am assuming you have a bone infection. The prognosis is good but it depends on lots of other factors like other concomitant illness.
