Pain after Exercise: You can take water and rest. Your muscles should ache, especially early on. This is part of them getting stronger. You do not want to take medication to interrupt this process.

None: Body aches and pains are normal after exercise, especially after changing your routine or increasing frequency/duration/ intensity. Over the counter pain relievers (acetaminophen) or antiinflammatories (NSAIDs like inuprofen) can be used but do have some risk. Keep it up! Things will get better.
