Yes: Subaxone2/0.5 mg can be used after maintenance and counselling to taper off subaxone for opiod dependence.

Yes: You can even cut that in half or quarters. Eventually some patients can get onto Naltrexone or vivitrol which is just an opiate blocker and not a replacement.
