Need MDC Evaluation: A good multidisciplinary (mdc) approach seems in order. Sounds like you had surgical resection likely preceded by complete work-up including ultrasound of your neck. You have some risk factors indicating you may benenfit from postop radioactive iodine including primary tumor 1-4cm & high-risk histology (ccv). If there was 'gross extrathyroidal extension' you'd have clear-cut indication.
