First line: Surgically, the first line of repair is anatomic repair, meaning repairing the ligaments or augmenting the stability of the ankle without changing/ redirecting the anatomy. Options: There are options on procedures used depending on which ligament is involved. Some can be fixed arthroscopic some open. Some need bone anchors . Best to talk to ur doctor.
