im 7 weeks pregnant and my hsv igg 1 and 2 test was positive but igm test for both was negative, should i be concerned or just immune?never had outbreaks

No: Igg means past infection and immunity, igm indicates current or very recent infection.

Exposure : The positive igg means you've been exposed to both strains of hsv. Igm negative tells you exposure likely greater than 6 months ago. Majority of population has been exposed to hsv 1. You should let your partner know you're positive for hsv 2. Also in pregnancy you will need Acyclovir at 36 weeks to prevent transmission to baby. Common to have no outbreak though and be positive.
