Good for you: Red meat is your best single source for iron but there are plenty of others, or you're welcome to supplement. It'll be easier to protect your health if you continue to eat fish, eggs and/or dairy, but you're welcome to become a more or less strict vegetarian as seems best to you. Your physician is your best guide here.
