Fatigue: Body can not feel fatigue from not eating any type of meats. we get energy from healthy, nutritious and balanced diet which includes Protein, fat, carbohydrates, Vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants. Non-meat sources of Protein are-Milk, Yogurt, cheese, grains an various Beans. fatigue can be due to not being able to cope with stressors in life. Please see a Therapist and a Nutritionist.
