Ask your doctor: Such questions are better explained by your treating doctor, but you have to ask them him/hr. Your WBC count is still a bit high. It is easy to get CML into remission which means a WBC count of < 10, 000 and disappearance of your genetic abnormality which is called philadelphia chromosome.
