Sleep Clinic: First, you cannot completely stop snoring. Second, stopping breathing is a condition that is not caused by snoring. And, there is little else to say since there is little else here in your current question. It sounds like you need a sleep specialist on your medical team.

Sleep apnea, snoring: Several things you can try 1) avoid sleeping on your back ( sew a pocket onto the back of a t-shirt and put a tennis ball in it 2) see an ENT and be certain that your airways are clear ( polyps, tonsils, adenoids, deviated septum, etc) 3) see an allergist 4) have a dentist custom make a mandibular advancement device to hold your lower jaw forward 5) avoid alcohol.
