What is possible cause if my skin has rash 3 months after mastectomy?

Should be evaluated: This is likely benign but without reconstruction, the only common cause that comes to mind is a suture reaction. However there are many other possibilities such as infection (unlikely) and also include possibilities such as a skin recurrence that should be brought to the attention to the general surgeon.
