Yes: Keep scab area moist. Wash scabed area with soap and water bid then and apply Bacitracin ointment bid.

See a dermatologist: You may have skin cancers or at least keratoses. Throw away the bacitracin. It is useless.

Could be: Also tinea capitis, which is fungal infection of the scalp. If keeping it moist with ointment doesn't help, maybe Clotrimazole topical to can. Best yet, see your doctor for an exam and a treatment plan. It could be simple scabs, fungus or basal cell skin cancer.
