Is there any good medicine to avoid balled head in male when there is family history of baldness !?

Baldness: There is not a real good medicine for this purpose. The only pill which might help a little bit is propecia (finasteride). Its main side effect is rare sexual dysfunction.

Preventing baldness: Male pattern baldness is primarily due to a predisposed sensitivity of the hair to dihydrotestosterone (dht), which recent works suggests inactivates the stem cells associated with the hair follicles. Rogaine and Propecia (finasteride) are the two most common meds used to preserve hair in these cases. The latter requires a doctor's prescription.
