Healing up?: It's possible that an acute perforation is healing, and as it does so you might start to hear funny popping sounds or squishy noises. It might feel "full" in your ear. There may be some pain if the eardrum has healed and there is fluid caught on the other side of the eardrum. Call your doctor if you aren't sure what is going on.
