A middle ear infection caused an eardrum perforation in my left ear. is it possible for me to safely use headphones in my call center job? i am concerned about how the headphones would affect my ears in this situation. what steps should i take?

Ear drum perforations usually heal with the resolution of infection. If your hearing in the affected ear is normal, using headphone will not hurt. Do keep the sound level at the lowest loudness compatible with your job. If there is any discharge in the ear, it would, be prudent to see your doctor. Wish you good health!
