Yes see your doctor: You at least have a concussion and need to be checked out by a doctor. If the symptoms worsen before you see your doctor go to the er.

Seek medl attention: Yes. This trauma may generate bleeding within the head and increase pressure, giving you headache and dizzy spells. You should go to see a doctor immediately if your symptoms persist.
