Alignment of uterus: The alignment or tip of your uterus does not put you at increased risk for miscarriage. If that were so, we would warn all women with a backward or retroverted tilt that they were at increased risk. They aren't. It's a normal variant in the human population. You have no reason to worry that a retroverted uterus increases your chances for miscarriage.
