Perhaps, but: It could be safe, but i wonder why the big jump rather than a titration up? Any questions like this should be discussed with your prescribing physician. If using higher doses than usual, it should be a psychiatrist you're working with. Be well.

Depends: Depends on your tolerance. Some people are sensitive to medications and require a slow titration up in dose while others can withstand a quick increase. If you are concerned it is always appropriate to discuss your concerns with your physician who can increase it slowly if that is what you prefer.
