Not w/o Dr's OK!: The product does not reveal amounts of ingredients and may be risky all alone. Your prescriber needs to approve and your OBGYN too! All that is doubtful. I'd find a safer way. Diet and exercise are the right way - even if slower. It wins the long-term race every time!
