Dermatitis: It may be adjacent skin reaction to the mosquito bite. This usually resolves on its own. If it is itchy, apply Hydrocortisone cream twice daily and see if they get better.

Mosquito bites: You are probably very sensitive to mosquito bites. Avoidance is the best treatment, you need to use a mosquito repellant everytime you are outdoors and treat your bites with a topical steroid to relieve the swelling and the itchiny. Hydrocortisone over the counter should help.

Hypersensitivity : This sounds like a delayed type hypersensitivity reaction that some people develop to mosquito bites. It behaves much like poison ivy, though less extensive. Cortisone cream and time will help. I'm puzzled by the tiny scattered red spots though - it's difficult to say without looking at it. If it gets worse or if it isn't gone in several days, i'd probably get it looked at.
