Several options: There are 5 otc preps for this fungal infection. Cruex contains miconazole, a frequently used antifungal. It takes 4-6 weeks and should be used for 1 week past rash disappearance. If resistant, listerine has been found to be effective by some. Good luck. If otc doesn't work, prescription antifungal meds are not that expensive.

They are : All effective medications. Some will work better on some people and vice a versa. Be careful with some of the powders, some have ingredients that help fungus flourish.
