Yes: But you will want to treat the yeast overgrowth. Oral fluconazole, usually just 1 pill, is very easy and effective. You can get azole creams OTC such as miconazole or clotrimazole or ketoconazole. These genetics are equivalent to, but cheaper than, the brands. Castellans's solution can be very effective for external symptoms.
