Can anxiety be the cause of ongoing procrastination (ie tasks you dread doing like paying bills so you avoid them)?

Procrastination: It can be related to performance anxiety, low sense of self-worth, self-defeating mentality, lacking self-confidence, irrational beliefs (perfectionism), or disliking the task at hand (boredom & apathy). Also, if the pre-frontal cortex of the brain is involved, as in attention deficit disorders, u can get procrastination & impulsivity.
