Good idea: An echo tech is a good job and can make a decent living. Ekg tech won't do much for you-it's not a sole position; you'd have to do other things and it doesn't pay. Consider school to become a pacemaker tech - they do very well and the demand for trained people is increasing as device use is on the rise.
