Glycemic index: This is measure of how quickly a food will raise the blood sugar when eating. Fruits like bananas, grapes and watermelon have high glycemic index and raise bs very fast. Berries, high fiber bread, sweet potato have lower index and don't raise bs as fast. Coconut oil can be healthy in moderation.
